About South Texas Glass

South Texas Glass was started in June 2002 by Jason Wiede and Michael Perez.  In the beginning, STG was a home-based business and initially concentrated on providing commercial and residential services.  Auto glass service was added in 2003.   

As business began to flourish, STG opened it’s first store-front location in the Commerce Business Park at Perrin Beitel and Wurzbach Parkway in the spring of 2004.  With a growing customer base, the need for a larger space was inevitable. 

In June 2005, STG moved into it’s current location on Valliant Street.  With a centrally located shop, STG serves all of San Antonio and the surrounding counties in South Texas.  As we enter into our seventh year, STG remains  committed to providing quality products and installation services at a fair price…
